My room was awesome - it had everything I needed, including a kitchenette with all the necessary supplies. Plus, there was a seating area, an ironing set, and even a comfy couch bed. 😊

We had a fantastic stay here! The location was great, with easy access to local eateries, shopping centers, and even a quick zip over to the Mount. The hotel was quite yet still handy to town, and it was so convenient to get to from all directions. The service was excellent, with helpful and friendly staff. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the amenities provided were top-notch. We especially loved the swimming pool and BBQ facilities, perfect for relaxing and enjoying the beautiful surroundings. this place exceeded our expectations and we would definitely recommend it to others.

We had an incredible stay at this motel. The room was well-equipped and cozy, providing everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was peaceful and we enjoyed the facilities like the spa, swimming pool, and tennis court. The staff were friendly and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable, even coming to our rescue when we locked ourselves out of our room late at night.

The breakfast experience could have been improved with a wider variety of options.

The unit is off street enough to be quiet. Getting to and from the motel was great due to ideal location. Shopping centre including supermarket plus a bakery just minutes away. Pool, though small was great -Spa Pool was just the right temperature -one didn't cook in it.

Friendly welcome - many facilities available if required, along with food service to the room. Close to main state highway for ease of onward travel. Very clean rooms, and would certainly stay again & recommend others to do the same.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The staff at check-in and check-out were friendly and efficient. The room was spacious and well laid out, with all the amenities I needed. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The cleanliness of the room was impeccable, making me feel right at home. The location of the hotel was perfect, situated in the heart of Bethlehem, with shopping options like Kmart and Countdown just a short walk away. It was also a quick drive to Mount Maunganui, offering stunning views of the surrounding area. The hotel also had a pool, spa, and tennis court, although I unfortunately did not have a chance to use them. I would highly recommend this venue to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Comfortable, pleasant, clean and very pleasant hosts (especially after the previous motel we'd stayed in, in Auckland). Everything was in good condition and working order.

It's location, it was handy to all of the facilities that I needed. It was also secluded enough to be away from the city centre.
